Today’s pose: Navasana (Boat pose)
Here, the body is turned into a “V” shape. We are focus on strengthening our core by engaging our abdominal, leg and pelvic floor muscles.
With controlled breathing through the nose, we are able to maintain balance and concentration to obtain the most benefit from the movement.

Our teacher, Sundar, has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 40 years across multiple continents. His philosophies stem from ancient Hindu traditions, and he is passionate about being able to convey the art of breathing and mindfulness through his sessions.
Spreading the joy and benefits of yoga is his core purpose and mission, and he strives to be able to guide his students on the path towards inner peace and self-fulfilment.
