Role description:

You will be in charge of assigning duties, monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budget standpoint. You will need to assign workers to the correct projects based on their skill set and knowledge. This is a supervisor position in the civil sector.

Responsibilities will include:

*Provide onsite training as required
*Run toolbox and pre-start meetings
*Organise materials for job sites
*Complete internal audits as required
*Read and work off plans

The following is essential to be successful in this role:

At least 3 years experience as a Foreman working with concrete in civil construction including concrete repairs and waterproofing.
Seismic strengthening experience will be a great advantage.
Knowledge and practical experience of crack injection application.
Evidence of skills to undertake epoxy screeds.
Solid plastering ability to a high standard.
Possess carpentry skills.
Knowledge of health and safety standards within New Zealand.
Reinforcing bar bending experience is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

New Zealand full driver's licence essential and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
