Victorious Nutrition
One thing I consistently emphasise is the importance of knowing exactly what you’re doing. Everyone can go to the gym and “eat healthy.”
But not everyone can consistently move forward in their fitness journey.
The difference usually isn’t effort, it’s having a long-term plan and knowing how to pace yourself.
From December last year to now, the scale is only about 3kg lighter. But it’s safe to say this is a completely different physique.
I can’t stress enough how much better it feels to be feel strong, in control of your nutrition and with a very clear long-term plan.
That’s what happens when you stop chasing shortcuts, guessing nutrition, and start following a structured approach that evolves as your body changes.
If you’ve been training hard, trying to eat healthy, and feel like you’re not making the progress you should be, comment “STAGES”, I’ll send you a short training that explains the different phases of a fitness journey.
If you go to the gym, you should look like you go to the gym!
Comment SIMPLE and I will send you my free guide covering three simple steps to lose weight without tracking a single calorie.
Most people are not failing at fat loss. They are just doing the wrong version of it.
There is a hard version and an easy version of almost every nutrition decision, and most people default to the hard one because that is what they have been told works.
Counting every calorie instead of eating to satisfaction.
Cutting carbs instead of understanding how to use them.
Following a twelve-week plan instead of building habits that last a lifetime.
Nobody told them a simpler version existed. Now you know.
Follow me if you are ready for the easy version.
