Welcome - Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge From its humble beginnings in 1977 with just 26 participants, the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge has grown into NZ’s premier and largest cycling event, with around 8,000 riders from across New Zealand and over 20 countries across the globe taking part each year!
