We turned a single standalone-house in St-Johns and subdivided it into four modern two-storey homes. This project prioritizes privacy and spaciousness for every resident. Each house features their own yard space, a dedicated garage or carport, and up to 4 bedrooms.

Sharing one of our completed projects from a few years back - a single-storey home on a newly subdivided site in Glenbrook. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home was designed to work with the gentle slope of the land, creating a practical and well-balanced layout.
