When tasked with reimagining their digital presence, we set out to deliver a platform as dynamic as their audience. By replatforming to Shopify Plus, we implemented bespoke functionalities designed to empower RUBY’s team, enabling them to shape their brand narrative, foster deeper connections with their audience and scale with purpose.

The site promotes joyful discovery, with strategic user flows and interactive cursor moments, engaging users while increasing conversions.

Winning a silver at this year’s 2024 Best Awards, the RUBY site is a great example of what can be achieved when you combine a strong brand identity with ecommerce strategy and technical expertise.

We are honoured to work alongside Emma Lewisham team in the announcement of becoming the world's first carbon positive and 100% circular-designed beauty brand.⁠⁠
