Well done boys! We Graced Mission Bay waters and roads for first time triathletes Craig and david on Sunday for the people’s triathlon .
Congrats to you both -and a podium finish for Craig to top the day off.
Especially pleased with focus and commitment given by these two. We kept it simple-Flexibility/mobility/ stability and race specifics . And wolla ! We got Fun-challenge-Improvement -accomplishment -And Proud families!

A happy successful story worth sharing 👍.
This gal has achieved a loss of 25kgs since February this yr.Best of all 1 very happy girl. Once we assessed her bioprofile body type we got to work on what her body specifics needs . We were patient whilst going thru all the hurdles you can imagine one challenge at a time.(willl share that too later).
The penny dropped when she finally realised what 25kgs feels like carrying these 2x14 kettle bells .
For my Ph360 phamily-Helena bioprofile is a Guardian .
Happy 21st Helena ! 21kg drop before your 21st you did it ! 2 more kg to go to reach your nxt milestone .

The boys and I ran in the Auckland Half Marathon this Sunday .
Have to say an awesome event to be part of .Heaps of fun and inspiring people we met on the way and post run.
Really proud of these two Nicholas Ross and Andrew Parsonage.They stuck to their word trained and went around the course in personal bests.
Congruency right here in these two 👏
