We are currently seeking an energetic administrator that can support our sales team and Marketing Coordinator. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude to jump in to this fast paced role and pick up new skills along the way.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing excellent administrative assistance to the team
Meeting co-ordination, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Maintain company listing system ensuring that everything is kept up to date
Organise bulk flyer mail outs
Co-ordinate corflute signage
Loading listings onto all relevant platforms
Sales/Lease Agreements typing of agreements when Office Administrator is away
Plan company events or activities with assistance from Marketing Manager
Back up and support to the Marketing Manager
This position would suit someone who has:

A dynamic outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
Ability to priorities, meet deadlines and problem solve
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Flexibility and able to work at a high pace
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
MS Office experience (InDesign and Photoshop experience a bonus)
Previous experience in property administration is an advantage
