Creative Edge Food Company Ltd is a locally owned and operated wholesale bakery that is widely regarded as a market leader in the wholesale bakery industry, with our brand representing exceptional quality and great kiwi baking.

The Baker's Role is a "hands on role" full of variety and challenges, while being well supported by the management team. The ideal candidate shall carry a high level of responsibility for the performance of the department in terms of food safety, labour, wastage, yield, quality, safety, customer service and will be expected to help implement change, be motivated and help their team to meet varied production expectations.

Scratch baking skills and have reliable transport is a must.

We are interested in candidates who have food and bakery manufacturing experience. Someone who has demonstrated determination in order to help meet the goals of a business and who set and achieve high standards of performance for themselves and who help those around them.

Training and support shall be offered to the successful candidate to ensure that they are successful and meet the challenging expectations of the role.
