COVID 19 Update - Essential Internet Service Waiheke Island

We are OPEN, but we've made some changes to ensure we comply with lockdown measures.

What this means:

*We can continue supplying internet to all our existing customers (yay)

*We can perform emergency and routine maintenance on our broadcast equipment if needed

*All remote support and booked tickets will be undertaken as normal

*Wireless installs can be undertaken if the client feels confident to self install with remote assistance via phone.

SELF INSTALL AND CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

We are not able to go into people's homes to install wireless internet equipment during the lockdown. We can pre-configure and deliver equipment needed to install wireless yourself. Written instructions are provided and you will be able to access remote assistance via phone.

Install equipment cost starts at $200ish and go up from there depending on what radio you require to get signal from one of our towers, how much cable is required and how you would like to set up your Wi-Fi.

Covid 19 update: as an essential service our wireless and fibre Internet will continue to run, however we are not able to visit you in your homes to do site surveys or installs during the lockdown.

Anyone with a booking in the next two days will still be visited, but please remember no handshakes people (yay finger guns are back!)
