This month challenged me. Honestly watching these vids back I look happy af but there was so many unpredictable emotions I felt. Thought this month would bring excitement, introducing running and jumping back into my programme. It’s pretty humbling remembering how fit I was before and how well my body moved. Feeling like you gotta start from 0 again. I read a quote the other day that said growth will also feel like loss and for that I’m grateful to be able to move my body
