We are looking for Admin & Marketing Superstars!!
2X Indian (Hindi, Punjabi & English Speaking)
2X Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese Speaking)
2X English Speaking
Company AWA Homebased Childcare
Location: Rosedale, Albany, Northshore
Full Time position, Job starts from Feb 2023.

• Great telephone & written communication skills in English.
• Some marketing experience would be an added advantage but not a necessity.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Infocare
• A high level of accuracy & organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new programs easily.
• No previous experience is required as on-the-job training will be given.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Daily communications with customers & staff members.
• Accurate data entry
• Arranging functions, excursions & staff training.
• Assisting other members of staff with paperwork & documentation where necessary
• Other general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc..
• Group communication
• Helping grow & develop the business through Digital Marketing

MUST have a full NZ Driver’s License. Applicants for this position MUST have NZ Residency / Permanent Residency. Onsite Parking Available
