GPCME Rotorua was a great reminder of just how much pressure healthcare practices are under right now.

We spoke with more than 140 healthcare professionals across the event, from GPs to clinic owners and practice teams. Different roles, but very similar challenges.

Too much admin, systems that do not talk to each other, and growing expectations around security and compliance. These are not just technology issues. When systems are slow or disconnected, it directly affects how care is delivered.

That's where we come in.

Helping healthcare providers simplify their systems, improve visibility of their data, strengthen security, and reduce the manual work that slows teams down.

The free socks may have started the conversations, but what stood out most was how open people were to finding a better way forward.

Healthcare is a priority for us, and we are committed to helping Kiwi providers work smarter, stay secure, and keep care running.

Great to be part of the M2 AI Summit in Christchurch recently. We had the opportunity to host a table of customers and connect with many more at our stand, sharing practical ways organisations are starting to use Microsoft Copilot and AI to improve everyday productivity, decision making and security.

What stood out:
• Strong interest in real, practical use cases rather than theory
• Growing focus on governance, security and responsible AI adoption
• A clear shift from “what is AI” to “how do we apply it in our organisation”

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day and took the time to have a conversation.

If you are exploring how to introduce Copilot or AI into your organisation in a structured and secure way, we are always happy to share what we are seeing across our customers.

Cyber attackers are not breaking systems. They're manipulating people.

Most organisations respond with security awareness training. But most programmes do not change behaviour.

Our latest webinar with Tekspace goes deep into why that happens and what leading organisations are doing differently.

If your training is measured by completion rates and click rates, you're not measuring risk.

📓 CodeBlue CISO Mathew Jose also breaks this down in his latest blog on how phishing has evolved and why your response needs to change. Link included in the comments.

✉️ If this is something you are actively reviewing, we are offering a no obligation walkthrough of what effective training looks like in practice. You can contact Vaidik directly at [email protected].

If your training has not changed behaviour, it is not working.
