The back story is that Barlow worked for us earlier this year as a temp. He has an amazing attitude but was missing a couple of the skills that we needed in the permanant role.
After some time we came back to Barlow as we felt his attitude was amazing and we backed him to be able to learn the new skills that were needed.
Barlow has now been with us for a couple of months and is an amazing contributor to our team, who is quickly learning those new skills. If you are calling in or need a delivery make sure to say hi to him.
