Wowee time is flying by!!

It’s only 10 weeks and 2 days until Auckland marathon which means it’s time to suss your race day nutrition.

While we train our bodies to run, we also need to train our gut so we don’t have any surprises 💩 on the day

My first PhD study is live!

We invite all parents and guardians of children aged 1-5years to take part in an anonymous national survey about eating, body image and self-compassion. Your responses will help us to create a resource for parents and early childhood professionals about kids nutrition and body image.
