Resource consent has been granted for our Albany Highway apartments.

Every elevation is important with three street facing facades and the resident’s entry from the rear car park. A glazed atrium welcomes the residents, providing a comfortable environment. The main, central, entry canopy welcomes visitors and provides connection to the adjacent green park.

Our Herne Bay Villa Project featured by ADLUX. The orientation and topography let little daylight in through the traditional windows so we included large custom skylights which let a generous amount of light in.
