Looking for a reason to get moving this weekend?

Our own **Dr Oonagh Turner** knows a thing or two about staying active! Here she is representing New Zealand at the **World Triathlon Championships** in Wollongong.

You don't need to be a triathlete to enjoy the benefits of exercise though. That's why we love **Parkrun** – a free, friendly community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply cheer others on.

Many of you will already know Susannah from her 15 years as the Community Pharmacist at Lockington's Pharmacy next door.

We're delighted to share that Susannah has now joined GP Central as our Clinical Pharmacist.

Susannah is passionate about helping people understand their medicines and get the best possible results from their treatment. Working closely with our doctors and nurses, she helps ensure medications are being used safely, effectively, and in a way that supports each patient's individual health goals.

You may see Susannah for:
• Medication reviews
• Advice about medicines and side effects
• Support with long-term conditions
• Help with treatment changes
• Assistance with complex medication regimens

Patients can be referred by their GP, or book directly with Susannah.

Outside of work, Susannah enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, as well as cooking, reading, gardening, DIY projects, and caring for her small flock of chickens.

Please join us in welcoming Kimberley to the GP Central team as our new Extended Care Paramedic 👋

Kimberley brings nearly 10 years of frontline emergency experience across both London and New Zealand, along with a strong passion for primary care and postgraduate study in the field.

Originally from West Auckland, Kimberley is known for her warm, caring approach and commitment to supporting patients in the community.

Outside of work, she is a proud mum of two daughters and enjoys golf, fishing, watching sports, and spending quality time with family.

We’re excited to have Kimberley join the GP Central whānau and look forward to the experience and compassion she brings to our patients and team 💙
