Yesterday we welcomed the wonderful Ursula from ReMind to facilitate a session with the team on stress management. We learned practical tips to manage stress short, medium and long term and explored some of the positives of stress.

We are really proud that RUSH has been named as a finalist in the Employer of the Year category in the Westpac Auckland Business Awards for 2022.

It's validating to know that others can see what we have - a team of incredibly special individuals who bring unique strengths to the table, supported in a myriad of ways by senior leaders and a People & Culture team that prioritise our value: Put People First.
