From the 25 tonnes of repurposed food that comes through Fair Food each week, guests will experience dishes that tell stories, about people, creativity, sustainability, and what becomes possible when talented chefs are given the opportunity to see value where others may not.
At its core, Shared Table is about changing perception. It is about recognising that waste is often not a lack of quality, but a failure of imagination.
By bringing together chef Federico Schincariol & restauranteur Michael Dearth, Shared Table will demonstrate the extraordinary potential of thoughtful hospitality and the power food has to create connection, dignity, and impact.
