Marley New Zealand are the runner-up for Plastics Training Company of the Year 2025 — and it's a result built on years of genuine commitment to training.

Marley have been recognised multiple times over the years for their commitment to training, and this result is another chapter in a track record that speaks for itself. Earlier this week the Competenz team joined General Manager Manufacturing and Technical John Scott and Manufacturing Manager Peter Sutcliffe, along with the supervisors, workplace assessors and apprentices whose work sits behind every achievement, for a celebratory morning tea.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate three of Marley's own Learner of the Year finalists on the day: Manu Havea, Mounga Havea and Junior Pomaniana. Well done to everyone involved.
