Mid week pads 🥊
Great having Dereshan Govender back on the mats, visiting from Melbourne.
we took our Alta team to Shuriken Gym on Saturday for a sparring session, 2 weeks out before they fight.
it was a great mixed sparring, getting different looks and styles with people they do not know.

They all fight 4th July at Shuriken in the Train Alta Finale
