MB handled the mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, and complete electrical and data throughout the clubrooms, pro shop, and golf cart shed. The lighting brings a seamless experience across all areas. Our Director Carey, was on the course last week and birdied holes 4 and 14! Nothing like putting our skills to work in places we love 🏌️👌🏽

Union & Co

Union & Co located at 15-17 Union Street in Auckland was completed in 2019. Situated on a bustling intersection, this city-edge development overlooks the leafy Freeman’s Bay Valley and the expansive Waitematā Harbour. Along with retail shops, it features a central courtyard and associated car parking.

MB Electrical played a key role, supplying and installing all electrical systems across this multi-residential project.

Auckland Council Manukau Hub - Manukau Annex

A challenging project, navigating a live council building with carefully staged works to minimize disruption. We installed car chargers in the basement including 11x dual fast chargers with a smart EV Load management system to prevent power overload during peak times.
