I’m a holistic facialist, beauty therapist and clinical nutritionist of coming up 20 years and over my time in the industry I’ve worked with thousands of women helping them look and feel their best, from the inside out and outside in.

During my entire career, my inner knowing has always been that beauty is more than what we see on the outside - it’s how you hold yourself, how you carry yourself, how you feel about yourself, what exudes out from the inside… and when you awaken your inner “beauty garden”, the light we all have within us, the magic, the alchemy, the ALIVE-ness, our unique enlightenment, this beauty becomes magnetic, unstoppable, and apparent to everyone ✨

Through embodiment practices, meditation techniques, and Vedic teachings I learnt and practiced while living on an ashram in India I have since spent the past 10 years realising my Beauty Awakening Method.
