💌 NZ POST PRICE CHANGES AND UPDATE 💌

As of the 1st of July, NZ Post has made changes to these services:

- NZ Post bags + tickets , including rural fees.
- International economy service now includes tracking for most countries.

NZ Post Domestic post bags + tickets have had a price increase. These apply to the prepaid bag service within NZ only and for parcels under 3kg. Rural fees have also increased.

International economy service now includes tracking for most countries, with a target delivery time of 6-13 working days. (This time frame is a guide and differs between countries).

Please take note of NZ Post’s prohibited items list. There are some items you cannot send via NZ Post. You can check at the link below:

💌 NZ POST SERVICES 💌

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder we offer a select number of NZ Post services in our pharmacy ☺️

Services available:

- Sending letters and parcels domestically. (Note: parcels going to rural addresses have an additional fixed fee on top of standard post rates, please let us know if you’re sending something rurally)

- Sending letters and parcels internationally*

- You can drop your NZP parcels here for the Postie to collect (packed and ready to go)

- We sell some packing materials, like tape and bubble wrap.

- You can purchase NZP bags, boxes and postage stamps, tracked or courier tickets from us.

- We do not print PDF NZP postage labels via email in-store.

*some countries have their own rules about what you can and cannot send. Some parcels need to be taken to bigger NZ Post Offices to complete the necessary customs forms.

A couple of reminders:

- We don’t do bill payments, car registrations or change of ownership.

- We are not a missed parcel collection point.

- International post requires customs forms to be completed, please allow plenty of time to complete these when you pop in to see us. They require contact information for the recipient to be included on the forms.

- You cannot send honey internationally via NZ Post.

- Original Passports or any original copies of formal identification such as birth certificates etc. to be sent internationally are required to go by Express Courier.
