📍 Torbay, North Shore

Newly renovated offices the dynamic Rental team in Torbay is looking for someone to manage a small portfolio while having the passion to grow this book. Our vision is clear, growth while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be working alongside our very experienced Property Manager.

We are seeking someone with previous property management or sales experience who is not afraid to get out there and ask for the business!

The successful applicant will have to be able to:
Easily relate to people from all walks of life
Enjoy networking
Have a positive and confident attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to problem-solve and take initiative
A genuine commitment to the growth of the portfolio
A "can-do attitude", results-driven
A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent time management skills
Competent computer skills
Work within a positive, friendly team
Understand the financial and admin processes within the role
Mandarin speaking preferred
