You keep hitting the same repeating ceilings in your life, because the ceiling is not being generated by what you are or are not doing.
It is in the architecture creating the sequence from which you are doing it FROM.
That architecture is not happening outside of you.
It is not the lack of money creating the experience of pressure, scarcity & terror.
It is not the lack of attention, flowers, or texts received creating the experience of not being wanted, not being chosen, not being seen.
It is not the work schedule creating the experience of being trapped, feeling hemmed in & tight.
The experience you are struggling with is not being generated ‘outside of you’ & if you just solved the outside then it will relieve you of the inside.
Nope. That is an illusion.
The repeating ceiling you keep hitting is being generated INSIDE of you, generated 100% by your own bodymind system.
Trapping you in a time loop of your past.
Tricking you into believing it is happening outside of you because of the money, the partner, the schedule etc etc.
And wherever you go, you bring this repeating struggle with you. Which is why it never disappears & it never fully gets solved.
Different strategies. Different efforts. Different self-development workshops to solve the ‘self’.
Yet... Same repeating struggle and ceiling. Because the ceiling is structural. It is a survival structure.
You cannot out-work a structural ceiling. You can only outgrow it.
The ‘self’ you keep trying to develop?
The ‘self’ you think needs solving?
The ‘self’ you bring with you, experiencing the world in the same repeating way?
That is the ‘self’ that needs to be fully outgrown in your bodymind maturation.
And when you outgrow the ‘self’ that has the repeating problem, the survival structure running shifts and breaks up also.
Comment “Threshold” if you are done with trying to solve your ‘self’ and you’re done with your ‘self’ suffering from the same struggle.
No ‘self’
No problems.

The armour you built to never get hurt is the exact thing keeping love out.
I know. Sit with that for a minute. Because if you let it land, so much of your life starts making a very different kind of sense.
We long for the deepest intimacy. We ache for it.
And then the moment someone gets close enough to actually see us, our system grips. To control. To distract. To protect.
We pick the fight. We pull away. We find the reason they are not safe. We over-give until we never have to receive.
Same dynamic. Different person. Same walls. Different relationship.
Because the pattern was never in the other person. The pattern is in the architecture, wired for survival.
And here is the thing.
We are longing to be loved while being run by the very mechanism that makes it impossible for us to let love in.
Your protection is your prison.
The mechanism was designed to keep you safe from pain. But while it is doing its job effectively, it is also suffocating you from experiencing freedom from it. In blocking the pain, it generates the pain.
The intimacy you long for lives on the other side of the architecture you are terrified to let go of.
Not a better strategy for love. Not a different partner. Not another modality stacked on the last.
The full outgrowing of the structure running your thoughts, your feelings, your perception of what you need to do to survive.
From the architecture of survival, to the architecture of aliveness.
💬 Where is the armour you have been calling “boundaries” actually keeping the love out?
🔖 Save for the next time the survival mind tries to convince you the armour is keeping you safe.
P.S. On Monday 1st June, I am teaching Outgrowing Survival live again. Three hours. The actual experiential work, not the conceptual one. £22 to be in the room. Final entry before the June 18 cohort closes.
