Last week a dear student had a fall as she entered the Shala, badly injuring her ankle and elbow 😔
The other students present were all amazing, caring, thoughtful support people to have around in an emergency, and it has been heartwarming to hear the community gather around sending well wishes to her 🥰
I brought a bell along with some incense to do a cleansing ritual at the shala after the traumatic event, and like the idea of doing it regularly to clear the space 🔔
