Slowly but surely... few things done on the DC2R build not close to finishing but getting one step closer. .co defs got busy getting bumpers painted ,just the black areas to be done that’s left.

- Catch can supplied & fitted.
- Clutch line oem / braided steel & clutch slave done.
- Linkages back on with front hardrace bushing.
- ITR flywheel cover fitted with correct hardware.
- T bracket on with all correct hardware / washers.
- Suspension & wheels done.
- Front bumper , grill , rear filler piece , rear 98spec bumper , tail lights test fitted so bumpers are gonna be pulled back off for few areas to go black.

Couple little things to sort out & waiting on alot of parts to come, so we can finish up the motor & get it to start hopefully this weekend.

Update post on the DC2R Build:

So here we have is the DC2R build replacement motor.

After months waiting on hand injury to come right.today the team helped out getting the motor prepped up & helping out getting it cleaned , brushed down , resprayed.

Replaced the following:
- Cambelt.
- Tensioner.
- Waterpump.
- All o rings.
- Rear main seal.
- Bottom end seals + gasket.
- Inner cam seals.
- Valve cover gaskets complete set.
Etc etc..

Mated the gearbox with new spigot + release bearing but re using the flywheel & clutch kit which in still in good condition.

Motor looking a lot better now & fitted all the zinc coated bolts , washers , brackets etc.giving it that nice finishing look.
