This dress was love at first sight and I couldn’t wait to get into last night to pick it up and bring it home where it belongs 😘 It’s one of those dresses that just skims the body in all of the right places and the colors are simply delightful x I’ve been wearing a lot of jeans and pants of late and it feels so good to slip into a dress - I’m a dress and coat girl at heart 💕 Have a wonderful long weekend ladies

A wee update for you ladies. I started my training with 5kg weights and quickly realized that wasn’t going to work, I am now using 3kg weights and I will work my way up. I wish I had recorded my first few sessions as it was pretty hilarious - I had no balance when doing squats and wobbled all over the place. I’m in my third week now and I’m starting to make a wee bit of progress and feeling a little more confident with the exercises. I will keep you updated ladies. Ps please don’t offer to send me any activewear as I’m very happy in my hiking gear 😆
