Almost 4 years ago and will stand by this being most important work before a 200 miler . I believe you must run at night on tired legs and practice having short sleeps and the important part to get use to is to wake up get dressed and go again . If you have races that may require a nap please practice it made things on race day so much easier . Coach Steffan
