What are Cortisone injections?
Cortisone shots are medical injections that reduce pain and swelling in various body areas. These injections are used by doctors to treat autoimmune illnesses, arthritis, and other conditions as well as injuries.
The body naturally produces cortisone, which is a chemical resembling a steroid hormone. In cases of gout, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. Cortisone injections are used to relieve pain and swelling in troublesome joints. Cortisone injections are not limited to the above and may be used in multiple other situations
The bone, ligaments, and tendons may weaken with repeated injections into the same region.
For patients with joint and soft tissue diseases, Dynamic Family doctors provide high-quality steroid injections in Auckland. These injections help reduce inflammation and ease the pain.
The most common side effects of steroid injections may include:
• Pain around the injection site also called a cortisone flare
• Bruising or dimples at the injection site
• The pale or thin skin around the injection
• Insomnia
• Temporary high blood pressure

What to do if you exhibit the symptoms of female bladder control issues?
Urinary incontinence is a condition when people cannot prevent themselves from leaking out urine when they do not want to. There are many causes for this, including weakness or loss of control over one's sphincter muscle group (which enables you to go longer periods without having an accident).
It can also happen due to other factors, such as coughing, during and after pregnancy, and it is more common with conditions such as obesity. Bladder control and pelvic floor, or Kegel exercises can help prevent or reduce it.
The following are common symptoms of urinary incontinence. However, each individual may experience symptoms differently. Symptoms may include:
• Needing to rush to the restroom and/or losing urine if you do not get to the restroom in time.
• Urine leakage with movements or exercise.
• Leakage of urine that prevents activities.
• Urine leakage with coughing, sneezing or laughing.
• Leakage of urine that began or continued after surgery.
• Constant feeling of wetness without the sensation of urine leakage.
• The feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.
