When you're writing for website copy, there's ONE thing to keep at the front of your mind... What barriers do my clients need to overcome?

And then you basically do everything you can to help them overcome those barriers.

Here's an exercise I start with when I'm outlining a new webpage.

📢 What problem is bringing my customers to this page?
📢 What do they need to do to solve this problem?
📢 What's stopping them from solving this problem
📢 What's stopping them from doing what needs to be done to solve the problem (book now, buy now etc.)?
📢 What do I need to tell them to help them overcome the barriers stopping them from solving their problem?
