It's been a fantastic few days at the Ask Groov stand, with lots of people jumping in to try Ask Groov's AI Health Coach and seeing how it works in real time.

It’s led to some really powerful conversations about what’s going on in day-to-day life, and how Ask Groov’s AI Health Coach can help support people to get started, make sense of it, and take meaningful steps forward!

Alongside this, it’s also been great hearing different perspectives during the political panel discussions and connecting with fellow health and wellbeing organisations in the Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub.

During the debate, a question from the audience about how technology and AI can better support rural communities particularly resonated with us!

This month, we're exploring one of the most human experiences there is - getting through the hard stuff. Not just surviving it, but understanding what actually helps when life throws you a curveball. 🌀

This week, start simple: notice one small thing you reach for when life feels hard. That's where this month starts.

From coping with health anxiety and doomscrolling, to the science of touch, humour, and what your anger is really telling you - there's something for wherever you're at right now.

Keep an eye out over the month as we go deeper into what it really means to get through it.
