Jeremy Webb went 2 for 2 over the weekend at Ruapuna Speedway picking up the win at the Rocky 23 on Friday and the Eliminator on Saturday.

We just won the eliminator feature from grid 16!

South Island weekend recap ‼️

Last week we made the trip down south for 3 days of racing with 2 of those events being the BT 4 mates (Friday) and the CTRA New Zealand TQ title (Sunday) and just running as a support class on the Saturday.

On Friday we were on the gas from the get go picking up a win and a 5th in the heats which would have qualified us 2nd but due to the format being fastest from the rear we started off grid 23! We made our way through the pack until a mistake sent us around and back to the rear of the field , we had 12 laps left to make our way through and managed to cross the line 6th but after relegations ended up in 4th with the fastest lap time 🏁 not a bad start to the weekend!

Night 2 we were back to a normal format and with our learnings from the night before we put together 2 very good heats grabbing a 1st and a 2nd, this meant we top qualified and chose to start grid 2. After a good jump we took the lead and ran away with it putting in some good laps and even getting through some lap traffic again having the fastest lap and picking up a Ruapuna feature win 🏆

Sunday we were off to Ellesmere to compete for the CTRA NZ TQ title but this day was a little different as the 1nz had come out to play 💪
This gave us some extra motivation and had us on our A game. In our heats we were strong again getting a 1st and a 3rd which top qualified us for a 20 lap feature. We got the jump off the start and survived a few yellows before we had a long stint under the green flag! We had good car speed all race and felt super comfy out there pulling a good lead and doing what we had too in lap traffic towards the end of the race to take the feature win 🥇 it was pretty cool to go back to back in this event and to prove our pace against the best in the game ✔️

We loved every second of this trip and are super thankful to the Brough family for hauling our car down and accommodating it for us over the weekend, they were great company and made sure we had everything we needed to go win races!
