Waiheke yoga classes are back from the second week of September! A new addition to the timetable, I’ll be teaching a Pregnancy Yoga (Prenatal) class on Thursdays at 5.30pm In addition to two “Open to All” classes on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 12.30pm. These are the usual combination of hatha & vinyasa yoga, with functional movement integrated to keep our muscles strong, flexible & healthy.⁣
