- Problem diagnostics: FREE if you continue to use my service to solve that problem, Otherwise, the charge is 50nzd

- Problem resolution and consultation (charge by the time I have spent to complete the work)

+ First 30 minutes: 45nzd

+ Next 30 minutes: 35nzd

AFTER-HOUR ON-SITE SUPPORT

- I am working full time during hours so I can only support you after hour.
- But do not worry, I do not charge after hour rate, but just normal rate.
- I will be at your place to check the problem, troubleshoot and provide fix on site if possible.
- I can take it to finish up the work and deliver to your house when completed.
- I will give you advise on what to be done to achieve the result with possible lowest cost.
