As the time for my son's arrival earthside draws nearer, I choose to honour myself and rest.

Meditative Art Making will be put on hold for now. Thank you to all of you who have shared with me your gratitude for the space these workshops have provided. I look forward to opening up these spaces again when the time is right.

I have one more offering I wish to share before we make our transition. This will be an in person meditation circle, created from the deep reverence I hold for every being wanting to journey inward and activate sacred remembrance.

Next to the leaves we write down things that we are grateful for. Most people feel themselves become very at peace while doing this simple exercise 🙏

At tomorrow's workshop I will be guiding a creative visualization where you may meet your higher self and embody her inner wisdom and intuitive power.

The art we create will be the manifestation of this meditation and may carry with it messages from our higher self, inspiration for the future and enjoyment as we focus on the creation of our art and our future reality simultaneously.
