My favourite is 10mins old straight from the Moana raw, Second would be with riceIn my culture here in Aotearoa the most common way to eat Kina is raw straight from a pottle via the supermarketand the second would be straightfrom the shell by recreational divers like myself.From my experiences I have come to learn there are many people that are afraid to look outside of our own culture and embrace other methods of preparing Kina.Many people don't realise Kina or Sea urchin is eaten all over the world they just have different names and there are over 200 species.
