Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a slide show that I put together for the Aotearoa Surf Film Festival competition. While my submission didn’t get played, I was extremely proud of what I put together. My aim was to showcase the talent of New Zealand surfers, young and old, amateur and professional. I wanted to show why surfers take to the water and that is to have fun! A special thanks to all Piha surfers, especially the Piha Board Riders Club and also Sean Magwire, an amazing musician from the US who allowed me to use his incredible track “To be Healed” 🤙
