What a beautiful morning at our Children & Family Pop-Up Yoga event at the Kohimarama Yacht Club in Mission Bay! 💛

We welcomed an amazing group of 20 participants from 7 wonderful families, and together we shared two hours of breathing, mindfulness, yoga adventures, creativity, arts & crafts, connection, and laughter. Watching children and their families slow down, move, create, and simply be together was truly heartwarming.
