A few weeks ago I started at a new gym and it was TERRIFYING!! I know my way around a gym, I'm decently strong, I know all the exercises, move ok but I was so scared!!! I knew noone, the classes are huge, and I was coming into a gym where I was the least fit, weakest person around.

Stretching can feel great in the moment, but it's not a long-term fix for muscle tightness. To truly address the issue, we need to identify the root cause and focus on building strength. Something isnt strong enough and is holding tight to protect you from further injury.
Strengthening muscles helps prevent tightness and promotes better mobility over time. It's not about quick fixes — it's about sustainable solutions and long term results. 💪🏋♀️
