This International Women’s Day, the theme is Give To Gain - and it feels like a pretty perfect fit for how we’ve built Black Jacket.

For us, it means giving talented women the flexibility, trust, and opportunity to work in ways that suit their real lives - not forcing them into one “right” way of working.

That means our team looks a little different to the norm. Different hours, different routines, different locations, different lifestyles. Some of us are balancing kids, some have side hustles, and some are running businesses of their own alongside client work.

And the gain? It’s been huge.

We’ve built a team that’s agile, creative, responsive, and seriously good at what they do.

This photo says a lot about that. Real life doesn’t pause when work starts - and we don’t think it has to. We’re proud to build a business where talent, ambition, and motherhood can exist in the same space.
