The Sansom roofing crew on Fisher & Paykel Appliances' HQ in Penrose faced a unique challenge: installing a warm roof system across an exposed timber structure with no weather protection on site. Every evening, night joints were installed to make sure the day's work was completely watertight before the team called it a day.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.

Sansom is proud to be delivering façade and seismic joint solutions at Waitākere Hospital, working alongside main contractor Hawkins. The works include sealant to precast panel joints, Sika Emseal systems to vertical seismic joints, and ongoing BALCO seismic installations, all completed to the highest safety and quality standards on this important project.
