Push up is an important movement pattern and everyone should be able to do it the full version, start on your knees and build up until you are able to do the full Push Up 👊🏼
Remember to start small, it’s not about quantity but quality…start with 1 repetition if you need, and slowly increase the number.

Treadmill run and then pushing on the bike on the way back home … use your commuting as a workout, use the time you have to evolve and get healthier 👊🏼
