We’re looking for an Accounts Superstar to join our team part time! Perfect for someone wanting school friendly hours and a local role in Kumeu.
What You'll Do:
• Daily & monthly cashflow
• Xero reconciliations
• Credit card & PO reconciliation
• Fix coding + interface Simpro → Xero
• Accounts payable + supplier comms
• Supplier statement recs & dispute resolution
• Prepare supplier payments & load to bank
• Recharges + monthly sales vs forecast recs
You Should Have
• Strong Xero skills
• Simpro experience (or willing to learn)
• Great attention to detail
• Confident communicator
