We are in Kerala, India this week, and given the opportunity by - Global Child Safety Institute to join their round table of experts and providers from Bodhini NGO, People Council for Social Justice, Centre for Constitutional Rights and Advocacy, Victim support Lawyers, aftercare and hotline services.
It was both inspiring and humbling to hear firsthand how teams here in Kerala navigate complex systems and overcome roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcomes for children who have experienced sexual abuse. Their dedication, creativity, and compassion in serving children within the Indian national context is nothing short of remarkable.
We deeply appreciate the time everyone took to share their insights — lessons that will be used to inform our own solutions and recommendations to national leaders around the world.
A huge thank you to Child Light for including us and for hosting such an important two weeks of discussion, collaboration, and—most importantly—action. The real measure of our time together will be the tangible impact we create for children once the talking stops and the work continues.

Day One of Hac’KP 2025, hosted by the Kerala Police Cyberdome was inaugurated today in Kochi.

This international hackathon brings together law enforcement, technologists, and innovators from across the globe to design solutions that will make the digital world safer for children. Over the next four days, participants will collaborate on cutting-edge projects that address cyber threats and online harm.

Kindred Tech and Pathfinder Labs are honoured to support this important initiative, contributing through ForceForge and Katalyst to empower investigators and accelerate innovation.
