One of the biggest mistakes we see when it comes to small spaces, is either NOT placing any furniture in the room (bedrooms are a prime example) or placing furniture that’s small. Small + too small = smaller.

It’s imperative that potential buyers can see how liveable a space really is. This is a large couch but it’s light in colour and seductively layered in cushions and throws. The aim was to draw people in so they could really see themselves living here. The room is balanced with the artwork, dining table and occasional chair. It’s imperative that walkways and access remain clear (and if you are styling your home, uncluttered) in order to pull this look together.
