With 23 years of boutique and luxury hospitality experience under his belt, Jeffrey knows exactly what it takes to make a hotel stay unforgettable. Our owners, Nigel and Sarisa McKenna, said it best: “His people-focused approach and passion for guest experience made him a natural fit.”

For Jeffrey, it’s all about connection – “We want the hotel to reflect that it is part of this vibrant, creative community and to bring that to life for our guests.”

When he’s not busy ensuring your stay is seamless, you’ll probably spot Jeffrey wandering K’ Road with his camera. As an avid photographer, he’s inspired by the architecture, the food and the creative energy right on our doorstep.
