IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to significant renovations at Mt Eden Memorial Hall, all the monthly Summit Rapid Chess tournaments scheduled from May to December this year will be relocated to an alternative venue. Please note that the tournament dates for June and July have been revised; we encourage all participants to download and save the updated schedule.
The new venue will be the Waipuna Hotel and Convention Centre, which previously hosted the Bob Wade Championship earlier this year. The New Zealand Congress has also taken place in this facility in prior years, providing an improved environment for players. We anticipate that participants will benefit from these enhanced conditions, supporting both their performance and development.

Just a friendly reminder that the next Summit Monthly Rapid will be held on next Sunday, on 5th April, from 1pm-5:30pm.

Three divisions:

Open, FIDE and NZCF Rapid rated;
U1600, FIDE and NZCF Rapid rated, and
U1000, NZCF rapid rated.

Format: Six-round Swiss, 15mins+5 secs.

Venue: Mt Eden Memorial Hall, 487-489 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland
Parking Information: behind the building and is accessible only from Brixton Road.
