Personally I didn't find my antenatal class this bad however it was lacking in a lot of the post birth information/advice and some birth information too.

I was lucky to have a great antenatal group who stayed in touch afterwards which was wonderful for building my village.

I've found that a lot of parents end up finding their post birth advice from professionals on Instagram/Facebook or books.

I definitely feel that there needs to be more education out there for parents.

I'm grateful that my hypnobirthing course helps those who are wanting more education than what a standard antenatal course provides. I teach techniques that I wish I had learnt for my first birth and I feel are a real game changer for those who are about to have a baby.

Some people even just do hypnobirthing without doing an antenatal class because they feel so prepared for their birth after the hypnobirthing course.
